SHIPPING & DELIVERY
JSG Equipment Supplies ships overnight express airbag whenever possible. If size of package exceeds limits for airbag, the goods will be shipped via road freight. There is a flat fee of $15.00 for shipping to anywhere in Australia. Please allow 7 days from date of order to receive your goods. If you do not receive your goods within this time, please contact us.
JSG Equipment Supplies offers the most reliable shipping service possible, therefore our delivery drivers require a delivery confirmation signature from the receiver. This means we cannot ship to PO boxes and require a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the goods and sign the confirmation. This is to ensure your order is delivered with minimum risk involved for your goods to go missing.
We will advise the customer within two days if the order cannot be filled for any reason.
Return, Refunds & Warranty
JSG Equipment Supplies take all care to ensure that product descriptions are correct and true. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they know the product size, colour and purpose prior to purchasing. Please contact us on 02 9914 8720 should you require further information on products. It is at JSG Equipment Supplies discretion to refuse exchanges or refunds. If a customer requests a refund or exchange due to damaged or faulty goods the product will need to be sent back and assessed prior to acceptance of credit or warranty. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. All products handled by JSG Equipment Supplies are covered by a twelve month warranty against faulty parts and workmanship. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
